DRK Planning is a multi-disciplinary planning practice offering dedicated, personal, and highly responsive Town and Country Planning consultancy services to clients across all sectors in the UK.
The Company is based in West Hampstead, London and was established 12 years ago by David Kemp, a qualified Chartered Surveyor specialising in Planning for more than 20 years, who was later Called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in July 2004 and Admitted to the Roll as a Solicitor in August 2006.
It is a specialist niche practice regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) which is primarily focussed on:
- Advising private clients, developers, investors
- Working with joint venture partners on its own property developments
The Company’s expertise brings together planning, development, and legal competence focused on maximising development value and reducing planning risk. The company is focussed mainly on fee-paying planning consultancy with private clients but is also fostering niche relationships on development projects where there may be an opportunity for joint venture investment with development partners.

The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified planner either RICS or RTPI, or someone who holds a legal qualification with experience in Town and Country Planning in a professional context to work in a small, established, and successful Town & Country Planning Practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director on a hybrid or remote working basis to develop and grow the business further to achieve the 5 and 10-year plan.
Post Qualified Experience: Minimum 7 years experience as a qualified planner
