Prior Approval for conversion to 39 flats and full planning
for changes to the roof
We provided strategic, planning, procedural and planning law advice to the client leading on the delivery of consent for at first a change of use to 39 flats of the current building and then full planning for the raising of the roof, new roof lights and additional space needed to accommodate the 11 units granted in the roof space. We co-ordinated all related consultants (e.g. flood risk and environmental, affordable housing viability appraisals, architect) throughout the scheme, securing consent under delegated powers.
