We led the client and development team on all strategic and policy advice to obtaining permission for almost doubling the size of the current property and adding 5 new apartments with their own gardens, set around a landscaped courtyard setting. The scheme sailed through Planning Committee and provides a unique flatted development to this area, close to Abbey Wood station, which will no doubt help to lift sale values through its new Crossrail connections.
